These terms govern your participation in the Ownly by Rapido restaurant partner onboarding program managed in collaboration with Plateful Consulting.
1. Zero-Commission Model
Ownly operates on a zero-commission delivery model. Restaurants are not charged percentage commissions, revenue cuts, or GMV-linked transaction deductions on eligible fulfilled food orders.
2. One-Time Onboarding Fee
A non-refundable one-time onboarding and setup fee of ₹4,000 (Four Thousand Indian Rupees) is payable at the time of registration. This covers restaurant verification, catalog digitization, profile setup, and integration into the Rapido delivery logistics network.
3. Restaurant Partner Commitments
By registering with Ownly, restaurant partners commit to:
- Maintaining honest and transparent menu pricing without unfair markups.
- Upholding strict hygiene, food safety standards, and active FSSAI licensing.
- Ensuring prompt order preparation consistency to facilitate timely rider pickups.
4. Delivery Services
Food delivery logistics are managed and executed through Rapido's fleet network. Delivery SLAs and dispatch routes are governed by standard logistics operations.
