Ownly by Rapido in partnership with Plateful Consulting is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of restaurant owners and partners who utilize our onboarding portal.

1. Information We Collect

To onboard your restaurant onto the Ownly delivery network, we collect:

• Restaurant Details: Restaurant brand name, business address, city, state, postal code, and store GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude).
• Contact Information: Owner/authorized representative name, mobile number, and email address.
• Regulatory Identifiers: FSSAI License Number and GSTIN (if applicable).
• Settlement Information: Bank account holder name, bank account number, and IFSC code for disbursement of food order settlements.
• Verification Documents: FSSAI license certificate, PAN card copy, bank proof (cancelled cheque/statement), and menu photos/cards.

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely for:

• Verifying restaurant legitimacy and regulatory compliance.
• Setting up restaurant catalog, menu pricing, and operating zones.
• Routing delivery dispatch riders from Rapido to the precise store coordinates.
• Disbursing weekly/daily order payment settlements to your verified bank account.
• Communicating onboarding status, operational updates, and support.

3. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for data transmission. Sensitive financial information (such as bank account details) is stored securely with restricted access controls. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party advertisers.

4. Payment Processing

All online payments (₹4,000 one-time onboarding fee) are processed directly via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our servers.
